Specialist agents activate when you install an optional module. They don’t replace the core team — they extend it, plugging into the same daily loop and adding domain expertise the core agents aren’t optimized for.
Six modules are available. Each adds one specialist agent and one or more commands.

Cipher — Health Analyst
Cipher interprets biometric data from connected wearables and health platforms. During /reflect in the morning, Cipher provides a briefing: last night’s sleep, HRV trend, readiness score, and a recommendation for the day’s intensity. During /review, Cipher rolls up the week with averages, trends, and a single focus for the week ahead.
Cipher’s analysis is grounded in fifteen source texts including Attia, Walker, Panda, and Casey Means. It flags deviations from your 30-day baseline, tracks active health experiments against protocol, and surfaces correlations across time (“Late caffeine on Tuesday correlates with your poor sleep both nights”). Cipher interprets data — it never prescribes medical advice.

Sage — Learning Tutor
Sage guides structured study sessions using evidence-based learning science: retrieval practice, spaced repetition, interleaving, and Socratic questioning. When you run /study, Sage loads your active curriculum from 02-areas/learning/, picks up where you left off, and runs the Active Learning Loop — generation, consumption, elaboration, calibration.
Sage tracks your curriculum across multiple domains and surfaces interdisciplinary connections: “The compounding principle you learned in finance works the same way in skill acquisition.” When you have a breakthrough or insight, Sage flags it as a potential content opportunity. Sage runs on Opus because the quality of explanation and connection-making in learning is where the premium model pays for itself.

Nexus — Relationship Manager
Nexus prevents important relationships from decaying through neglect. It tracks contacts by importance tier (Critical → Low) with contact thresholds ranging from 14 to 180 days. When someone is overdue, Nexus surfaces them during weekly review and suggests a reason to reach out — drawing from Ferrazzi’s principle that you should never reconnect empty-handed.
During /network, Nexus can surface a full network health dashboard, prep you for an upcoming meeting with a known contact (interests, last interaction, open follow-through items), or log a new interaction. After any meeting during /debrief, Nexus asks who was there and updates contact records accordingly.
Requires: A contacts data source — Notion Contacts database or a local markdown contact directory.
Signal — Brand Strategist
Signal enforces voice consistency and manages the content pipeline. Every draft gets checked against your voice guide before Signal approves it for publishing. Signal also runs a STEPPS audit (Berger’s virality framework) scoring Social Currency, Triggers, Emotion, Public, Practical Value, and Stories — and tells you which dimensions are weak and why.
During /content, Signal can scan for what to post, draft content in your voice, review an existing draft, or plan the week’s content calendar. Signal tracks your posting frequency and alerts when you’ve gone quiet. Following Kleon’s principle, Signal pays attention to your ongoing work and flags when something you’re building could become a behind-the-scenes post.

Ledger — Financial Advisor
Ledger tracks budget awareness, financial goal progress, and decision support. It applies the conscious spending plan model (Sethi) — framing spending by category against your intentional allocations rather than rigid line-item budgets. For large purchases, Ledger calculates the life-energy cost at your effective hourly rate. For financial projections, it applies Housel’s room-for-error rule — always adding buffer to any number you’re planning around.
Ledger’s north star metric is wealth-building rate: the percentage of income going to investments, per Collins. It compiles a quarterly financial review package ahead of your quarterly reviews and tracks tax-relevant expenses throughout the year. Ledger never recommends specific investments or financial products.
Requires: Financial Organization module with spending data or manual budget inputs.
Compass — Career Coach
Compass keeps your career moves intentional rather than reactive. It helps with 1:1 preparation, stakeholder management, and career capital tracking — the rare, valuable skills (Newport) that create professional options over time. Before a 1:1, Compass pulls last session’s context and open action items, surfaces recent observations about the person’s work, and prepares feedback in Radical Candor framing.
Compass tracks your leverage (Grove): not just what you produced, but what your team produced and who you influenced. It flags when important stakeholders haven’t heard from you in too long and helps make your impact visible without requiring self-promotion.
